Annette Estevez, Ph.D. joined the Singh lab on May 21, 2018 as the new lab manger. Annette received her Ph.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia where she studied dauer larva development in C. elegans. With almost 30 years experience working with C. elegans, and 10 years with mice, she is ready to “fly” into a new model system! When she is not working in the lab, Annette loves to garden and cook, as well as enjoy the beauty of Oregon on hikes with her family and her two dogs (shown here with her husky Mojo along the McKenzie River Trail).
